Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aleefsa purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@aleefsa.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship it Back: Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get it is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Alternatively, we can process an exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order abayas
- Items purchased during a clearance sale
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
